Cancel at any time
Pro and Business plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through the Manage subscription button in JobPrice. If that is unavailable, Email info@homecaremaintenance.co.uk or WhatsApp 07904 790 469.
A standard cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we tell you otherwise, your paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day the subscription starts to cancel an online service contract. If you ask us to begin providing the paid service immediately, the law may allow a proportionate deduction for service already supplied. JobPrice will normally refund the initial subscription payment when a UK consumer asks to cancel within that first 14-day period. Consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by the laws that apply to them.
Refunds after 14 days
Subscription payments are normally non-refundable after the 14-day period once the paid billing period has started. We will consider refunds where there has been a duplicate or incorrect charge, the paid service was materially unavailable, a feature was not supplied as described, or the law requires a refund. We may offer a fair partial or full refund in other exceptional circumstances.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Use Manage subscription for ordinary cancellation. For a refund request, Email info@homecaremaintenance.co.uk or WhatsApp 07904 790 469. Include the account email, payment date and reason for the request. Never send a full card number, password or security code.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card providers usually take several working days to display them.
Plan changes and failed payments
Contact support if you need help changing plans. A failed renewal may temporarily restrict paid features. You will not be charged a cancellation fee, and cancelling does not remove rights or liabilities that arose before cancellation.
